The Road Preferences dialog box is used to set the individual road preferences that MapPoint uses for the Preferred Roads route type. It is displayed by pressing the Road Preferences button on the main MPMileage dialog box, and looks like this:
This dialog box displays the road preferences as sliders. Adjust each slider to give the relative preference for each road type. Press the Reset button to reset the sliders to their MapPoint defaults.
